Nebula Institute of Technology-Moratuwa

The Nebula Institute of Technology-Moratuwa, established in 1973, holds the distinction of being the first training centre of Sri Lanka Telecom PLC. Situated in Horethuduwa along the Old Galle Road, it enjoys a convenient location that is easily accessible from Kalutara, Piliyandala, and Colombo. The center boasts a range of essential facilities, including well-equipped laboratories, classrooms, an auditorium, a library, and an administration office.

To accommodate students, the Moratuwa Training Centre provides a hostel facility, ensuring convenience and a conducive learning environment. In terms of recreational activities, the center offers a playground suitable for cricket, volleyball, badminton, and various indoor games such as table tennis, carom, and chess. Additionally, students have access to a gymnasium for their fitness needs.

Auditorium

The Auditorium at Moratuwa Training Centre with a capacity of 70 seats is fully air conditioned and equipped with a surround sound system with clip-on mic, multimedia projector with a screen, a podium, flip chart board and white board.

Library

Library at Moratuwa Training Centre provides access to more than 2000 books on different disciplines such as Telecommunication, Data communication, Mobile communication, Optical Fiber communication, Computer Networks, Electronics, Mathematics, etc.

Nebula Institute of Technology - Welisara

The Welisara Training Centre, established in 1988, stands as one of our prominent training centers. Nestled in Welisara along the Negombo Road, it offers easy accessibility from Colombo, Negombo, and Gampaha.

Designed to provide a conducive learning environment, the Nebula Institute Welisara boasts a comprehensive range of essential facilities. Students have access to fully air-conditioned laboratories, classrooms, an auditorium, a library, and well-equipped administration offices, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. To cater to the accommodation needs of students, a hostel facility is also available. Emphasizing the importance of a balanced student life, the Nebula Institute Welisara offers ample recreational facilities. A spacious sports ground encourages students to actively participate in various sports activities, fostering a vibrant campus life. Additionally, an indoor games room is provided to further promote student engagement in leisurely pursuits.

Library

The library consists of books and material on a wide range of subjects including Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Management, and English Language.

Library Facilities include reference, lending, periodicals and newspapers and audio visual sections. It also maintains a store of of books, reports, circulars, manuals, gray literature, periodicals, data books and standards as well as audio visual materials (VHS, VCD, DVD, audio tapes).

Libraries are open on week days 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.
